Porthkerris Cove is the pefect stop off point for hikers……The cove is situated on the Lizard Peninsula, it is a privately owned beach, made of shingle, with dramatic cliffs surrounding it. Come and chill out for the afternoon – give your feet a bit of time out!
With a pub that's only 10 minutes walk away why not give yourself a break if you're walking the southwest footpath. Stop off for a night, set your tent up, have a swim, a shower and then a nice amble to the pub. And if you want to stay longer you could even have a go at diving – we offer and introductory dive here at Porthkerris – have a look here for more details.
We also have a shop on site that sells basics such as shampoo, toothpaste, wipes and sunscreen if you find you're running low on something. Along with this we also have the 'Porthkerris Beach Cafe' which is open throughout the day during the busy summer months. It sells baguettes, burgers, jacket potatoes and much more.
